I also use specific tools to assess posture and analyse your movement to identify muscle imbalances and posture issues. This ensures your program is precise, safe, and effective.
Sessions are delivered in my private London studio, with the option to supplement with online coaching for flexibility.

Richard has studied under the world-renowned health expert Paul Chek, which has given him the skills to identify which specific types of nutrition and exercises are helpful for you and which ones are not.
In terms of nutrition that helps to support your health, it is believed that we are all best suited to predominantly be, 1 of 3 types of eaters:

Eating right for your metabolic type means, you could have less illness, less stomach problems, better sleep and have more focus.
In addition, the questionnaires will estimate both the level and types of stress you may be under. For example, physical stress or nutritional stress are just two of six types of stress we would look at. Understanding in greater detail, which specific areas might be stressing your body, allows us to better target our remedial efforts.
These results, on top of every other assessment listed, would then help dictate our training and the nutrition plan we put into place, if you chose to personal train with Richard.

Training remotely means you can access your personalised exercise & nutrition plan, tailored to your goals, as well as incorporate one to one zoom personal training sessions, from anywhere in the world.
After an initial phone consultation, discussing your exercise history, health targets and any injury considerations, we would go to work designing a program that best suits your needs, whilst accounting for the facilities that are available to you.
